ptAUS4 (2027) Seafood-Screening – 6 Samples qualitative (with known contents): Common Sole (Solea solea), Barramundi / “Asian Sea Bass“ (Lates calcarifer), Common Cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis), Black Tiger Prawn (Penaeus monodon) and one of the clams: Grooved Carpet Shell (Ruditapes decussatus) or Manila Clam (Ruditapes philippinarum)
- Nutrients, Additives and Authenticity PTs (qualitative)
- Test items: 6 different samples 1-6, freeze-dried (10 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. NGS, Sanger-Sequencing, PCR-Methods, Microarray, LFDs, LC-MS, MALDI-TOF)
- Procedure: 5 samples with only one of the indicated species and a 6th sample as mixed sample of 2-4 species are provided. The analysis of the 6th sample is not mandatory for participation.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and with the spiking of samples.
