ptAUS2(2027) Animal Species-Screening II – 3 Samples qualitative (with known contents): Meat from Donkey, Horse, Game (Deer or Fallow Deer), Pork, Poultry (Turkey) and Gelatine from Beef in cooked Meat Product (Sausage Meat)
- Nutrients, Additives and Authenticity PTs (qualitative)
- Test items: 3 different samples 1-3 (30 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. NGS, PCR-Methods, Microarray, IEF, ELISA)
- Procedure: 3 Samples with possible amounts of 1 - 100% of one or more of the above mentioned meat products are provided.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and with the spiking of samples.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
