- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied.
- Procedure: There are two different samples A and B containing the parameters lactose and fructose to be determined. One of these samples contain lower levels and the other higher levels of lactose ("lactose-free" with < 100 mg/100g and „lactose-reduced“ with > 100mg/100g and ≤ 1000mg/100g, respectively). The third, "recovery reference sample", was prepared adding the parameters lactose and fructose in a simple matrix (rice flour) in similar amounts without further processing.
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) for lactose and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively for lactose and fructose. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results.
