Animal Species-Screening II – 3 Samples qualitative: Meat from Donkey, Horse, Game (Deer or Fallow Deer), Pork, Poultry (Turkey) and Beef from Gelatine in cooked Meat Product (Sausage Meat)
- Nutrients, Additives and Authenticity PTs (qualitative)
- Test items: 3 different samples 1-3 (30 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. NGS, PCR-Methods, Microarray, IEF, ELISA)
- Procedure: 3 Samples with possible amounts of 1 - 100% of one or more of the above mentioned meat products are provided.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and with the spiking of samples.
Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 30 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 60 - 80 North Amerika, approx. € 80 other countries (for example in South America and Asia), all prices are provisional and subject to change
