- Nutrients, Additives and Authenticity PTs (qualitative)
- Test items: 2 different samples (20 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. NGS, PCR-Methods, Microarray, IEF, ELISA)
- Procedure: One negative sample with < 0.1% and one positive sample with possible amounts of > 0.1% of meat or bone meal from Ruminant are provided.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and with the spiking of samples.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
