ptAU12 (2027) Intentional Adulteration / Allergen Contamination of 100 % Hazelnut and Pistachio Paste with Almond, Cashew, and/or Peanut

- Test items: 2 different samples A + B (20 g each)
- Parameters: Almond, Cashew, and/or Peanut
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied.
- Procedure: 2 different samples (hazelnut paste and pistachio paste) containing at least one adulteration parameter (> 1.0 %) and one contamination parameter
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results.
