ptGMO1 (2027) GMO-Determination in Maize Flour (qualitative + optional quantitative): 2 Samples with positive and negative amounts of AgroBorder I and/or II, Cry1Ab/Ac, p35S, PAT, t-NOS / Maize + GMO-Maize (Bt11, MIR604)
- GMO PTs (qualitative + quantitative)
- Test items: 2 different samples 1-2 (10 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. PCR-Methods, ELISA (+ Lateral Flow)). Multiple sets of results can be submitted for different methods.
- Parameters: GMO-screening sequences / “markers” (e.g. promoter- and terminator sequences, herbicide or insect resistance genes): AgroBorder I and/or II, Cry1Ab/Ac, p35S, PAT, t-NOS
and GMO events: Maize + GMO-Maize (Bt11, MIR604). All mentioned parameters are contained in at least one of the two samples. - Procedure: 2 different samples with GMOs in food (maize flour) are provided.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is qualitative for all parameters and quantitative for the above mentioned events of maize.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
