GMO-Screening I (qualitative): 4 Samples with positive and negative amounts of AgroBorder I and/or II, p35S, PAT, p35S-PAT, t-NOS, p-FMV, CTP2:CP4 EPSPS / Maize + GMO-Maize (MON95379 and MON87419) and Soya + GMO-Soya (RR GTS 40-3-2, RR2 MON89788 and A2704-12) in different matrices (Flour and Semolina mixtures)

- Test items: 4 different samples 1-4 (10 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied (e.g. PCR-Methods, ELISA (+ Lateral Flow)). Multiple sets of results can be submitted for different methods.
- Parameters: GMO-screening sequences / “markers” (e.g. promoter- and terminator sequences, herbicide or insect resistance genes): AgroBorder I and/or II, p35S, PAT, p35S-PAT, t-NOS, p-FMV, CTP2:CP4 EPSPS
and GMO events: GMO-Maize (MON95379 and MON87419) and Soya + GMO-Soya (RR GTS 40-3-2, RR2 MON89788 and A2704-12). All mentioned parameters are contained in at least one of the four samples. - Procedure: 4 Samples with or without GMOs in different matrices (flours and semolina mixtures) are provided.
- Evaluation: The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and with the spiking of samples. All gravimetrically spiked quantitative levels (if available) are given in the reports for further information.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
