ptMYS1 (2027) Mycotoxin-Screening: Aflatoxins, Deoxynivalenol, Fumonisins, Ochratoxin A, T-2/HT-2 Toxins and Sum of T-2/HT-2 Toxins and Zearalenone in Breakfast Cereals

- Test items: 2 different samples A + B (100g (participation with up to 3 parameters) or 200 g (participation with up to 6 parameters)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied.
- Procedure: There are two different samples with the parameters above to be determined. One of these samples contains the parameters above the EU Maximum Levels (EU/VO 915/2023).
- Evaluation: The qualitative evaluation is done by the agreement with the consensus values of the participants in relation to the EU Maximum Levels (EU/VO 915/2023). The quantitative evaluation is carried out from a total of 5 results on. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results.
