ptARW1 (2027) Allergen Rinsing Water Test I: Egg, Gluten (Wheat), Milk (Casein), Mustard and Peanut
- Allergen-PTs (qualitative / quantitative)
- Test items: 3 different rinsing water solutions (25 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied, e.g. ELISA, LFD, PCR, LC-MS.
- Procedure: 3 test solutions with decreasing contents are provided for analysis.
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results.
