ptALM6 (2027) ALM-Verification Hazelnut: 6 Samples containing roasted Hazelnut in Chocolate-Matrix (levels: 0,0 / 0,50 / 2,5 / 5,0 / 12,5 / 25 mg/kg)

- Test items: 6 different samples (20 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied, e.g. ELISA, LFD, PCR, LC-MS.
- Procedure: For the Action Level Matrix Verification Test (ALM) a set of 6 samples with specified contents of hazelnut including a „blank sample“ is provided for determination in the matrix of dark chocolate. The allergen level of the middle sample (appr. 5 mg/kg) corresponds to the Action Level 1 (VITAL concept 3.0) and judgement value of the German Commission ALTS/ALS, respectively. The 6 PT samples are blind-encoded, so that the contents are not recognizable by the sample labeling.
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) in scores of 1-5 (for example score 3 = Action Level successfully identified). Quantitative results will be reported for information by its recovery rates. From 5 quantitative results on, one level will be evaluated by z-scores for information.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
