ptAL11 (2027) Allergens XI: Gluten (Rye, Secale cereale), Mustard and Soya in Oat Flour (contaminated with Rape Seed) and in Rice Flour [Samples A + B + C + D]

- Test items: 4 different food matrix samples A, B, C + D (25 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied, e.g. ELISA, LFD, PCR, LC-MS.
- Procedure: The allergenic parameters are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination in the matrix oat flour (samples A and B) and in the matrix rice flour (samples C and D). In each case only one of these matrix samples was prepared adding the allergenic ingredients
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively. Whenever possible as per statistical verification, a collective consensus value is calculated from all participants' results, regardless of the analytical test kit used (joint evaluation). Additionally individual consensus values are applied for the results of each ELISA kit brand in separate evaluations for ≥ 5 results. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. Additionally a recovery rate of the "positive" samples is calculated including z-scores for every single quantitative result, which enables the participants to proof the capability of their methods.
