- Response Proficiency Test
- Single Proficiency Test: This proficiency test format is for a single participant laboratory. It is possible to participate individually and flexibly at any time, even outside the regular PT program. The target values (assigned values) of the SPT test material are determined on the basis of known reference values from previous PTs / inter laboratory tests, contents of spiked analytes (reference standard) or by reference laboratories.
- Test items: 6 samples (20 g each) of the allergen in potato powder matrix (levels: 25 - 150 mg/kg)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied.
- Procedure: A set of 5 differently processed allergen products are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination including a „blank sample“ (carrier matrix).
- Evaluation: The SPT-results are evaluated qualitatively in scores of 1-5 and quantitatively by recovery rates indicating the response of the processed allergens. The target values are the respective spiked amounts.
- Shipping costs: currently € 12,50 in Germany, € 40 into EU-Countries and Europe, € 80 other Countries, all prices are provisional and subject to change
