ptAL12 (2026) Allergens XII: Gluten (Wheat), Milk and Soya in Oat Drink and Rice Drink [Samples A + B + C + D]
- Allergen-PTs (qualitative / quantitative) - Accredited Program ISO/IEC 17043 -
- Test items: 4 different food matrix samples A, B, C + D (25 g each)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied, e.g. ELISA, LFD, PCR, LC-MS.
- Procedure: The allergenic parameters are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination in the matrix oat flour (samples A and B) and in the matrix corn flour (samples C and D). In each case only one of these matrix samples was prepared adding the allergenic ingredients
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results. Additionally a recovery rate of the "positive" samples is calculated including z-scores for every single quantitative result, which enables the participants to proof the capability of their methods.
