ptAL07 (2026) Allergens VII: Cashew, Coconut, Fish and Molluscs in Noodle Soup Powder [Samples A + B] with "Spiking Level Sample“ [SP]
- Allergen-PTs (qualitative / quantitative) - Accredited Program ISO/IEC 17043 -
- Test items: 2 different food matrix samples A + B (25 g each) + 1 spiking level sample SP (15 g)
- Methods: All suitable methods can be applied, e.g. ELISA, LFD, PCR, LC-MS.
- Procedure: Two samples, like instant soup powder, cookies, chocolate or boiled sausage are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination of the respective allergens. One of these samples contains the spiked or incurred allergen(s). The third "spiking level sample" contains the same allergens in potato powder as a simple matrix without further processing in similar amounts.
- Evaluation: The evaluation is carried out qualitatively (positive/negative) and from a total of 5 results on quantitatively. It includes kernel density estimation, outlier tests, robust mean, robust standard deviation and z-scores. The assigned value is the robust mean of participants results. Additionally a recovery rate of the "positive" matrix sample and the "spiking level sample" is calculated including z-scores for every single quantitative result, which enables the participants to proof the capability of their methods.
